Agentic AI with clear accountability.
VerdePilot is designed for regulated processes: explainability, evidence and human approval are part of the product.
Human-in-the-loop
The system prepares drafts and flags critical points. The manager decides, validates and approves.
Traceable evidence
Every section shows where data comes from, which calculations were made and what is left to verify.
Secure deployment
Architecture designed for enterprise data, permissions, logs, document isolation and integration with existing processes.
Built on Admina, the open-source framework for AI agent governance.
Compliance and data
The answers to the questions procurement asks first, stated as design commitments.
GDPR
VerdePilot operates as a data processor (art. 28 GDPR), with a DPA and declared sub-processors. Customer data is never used to train models.
EU hosting and inference
Hosting and inference in the EU by design, with dedicated residency options to agree during the pilot.
AI Act
Designed for transparency: mandatory human approval as a control measure and traceable evidence for every output.
How we prevent errors
Not a posture but a mechanism: here is how the system keeps the numbers in check.
Figures extracted, not generated
The numbers in the documents are extracted from the sources through deterministic pipelines, not generated by the model.
Every number has its source
Every figure in the draft is linked to its source data: review means verifying, not reconstructing.
Checks before review
Automated consistency checks on quantities, codes and periods run before the draft reaches the manager.
Accuracy measured in the pilot
Accuracy is measured on your case during the pilot, with real data and shared criteria.
How VerdePilot compares
| Approach | What it does | Savings & anomalies | Limit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Excel + manual | Maximum flexibility | Invisible | Slow, fragile, hard to trace |
| Generic chatbot | Helps write text | Not its job | No source connectors (registries, ERP), no domain rules, no audit trail |
| Traditional consulting | Specialist experience | Only per project | Expensive, not always scalable |
| Modular environmental software | Registers, transport forms, MUD | Invisible | Assisted data entry: it does not read the sources or trace every figure |
| Energy management (EMS) | Consumption monitoring | Energy only | Focused on consumption: no environmental filings, no per-figure audit trail |
| VerdePilot | Agentic workflow with evidence and approval | Continuously | Requires initial setup on data sources |
Frequently asked questions
Does our data stay under our control?
VerdePilot is designed for enterprise data with permissions, logs and document isolation, and adapts to the customer's constraints. The system prepares drafts and evidence: it does not submit anything on its own.
Do you use our data to train models?
No. Customer data is used to prepare that customer's drafts and evidence, not to train shared models.
Where does our data run and which models do you use?
Hosting and inference in the EU by design. Customer data is never used to train models, and the model providers are declared in the DPA, together with the other sub-processors.
Are the integrations (registries, ERP, plant systems) already available?
Some connections are available, others are configured during the pilot: we map your sources and set up the required access on your real case.
Does VerdePilot submit filings on our behalf?
No. It prepares drafts, evidence and anomalies; submission and accountability stay with the responsible manager. It is a human-in-the-loop copilot, not an auto-submission system.
What happens if a draft contains an error?
Every figure in the draft is linked to its source: errors surface during review, where each data point can be verified. Approval and responsibility for submission stay with the manager; the boundaries of liability are defined in the contract.
How long does a pilot take and what do you need from us?
Typically 4-6 weeks on a real process. We need access to the data sources and a point of contact for validating the drafts.
How much does it cost?
The pilot is quoted on scope: data sources, number of sites and the filing you choose. After the pilot you move to an annual subscription, per module and per site. Clear criteria and a quote agreed before we start.
What happens after the pilot?
You move to a subscription on the scope validated during the pilot, expanding gradually to new modules and sites when it makes sense for you.
