Data controller
Until VerdePilot is incorporated as a company, the project is operated by noze S.r.l. (Via Giuntini 25, 56023 Navacchio PI, Italy; VAT IT01547110500), acting as data controller. For any request about your data, use the contact form.
Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily send through the contact form: name, email, company, role, use case of interest and the message content. With your consent we also collect aggregate usage data through analytics tools.
Purposes and legal basis
We use form data to answer your requests and get back to you about VerdePilot (pre-contractual measures and our legitimate interest in following up). Analytics data is processed on the basis of your consent.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses technical cookies needed to function. Analytics tools (Google Analytics) are enabled only after your consent, via the cookie banner; you can reject or withdraw consent at any time.
Third-party tools
The contact form is handled through Formspree, which processes message delivery on our behalf. For usage statistics, subject to consent, we use Google Analytics. These providers process data according to their own policies.
Retention
We keep contact data for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, unless legal obligations require otherwise.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data at any time, and withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
